These terms govern your use of Scopapers, a platform of open-access academic journals operated by Next Labs LLC (United States). By creating an account or submitting a manuscript you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your account secure. Each person should hold a single account.

Author warranties

By submitting a manuscript you confirm that the work is original, has not been published elsewhere and is not under consideration by another journal, that all listed authors have approved the submission, that you have obtained any permissions required for third-party material, and that the work contains no plagiarism or fabricated data. You retain copyright in your work and grant Scopapers a licence to publish it under the journal's stated open-access licence.

Editorial process and fees

Submission and peer review are free. Where a journal charges an article processing charge, it is payable only after an article is accepted and is clearly stated on that journal's fees page. Editorial decisions rest with the journal's editors and are made on scholarly merit.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or upload unlawful or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

The platform is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, Next Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced on the platform.
