Scopapers is an international, multidisciplinary, open-access publishing platform that hosts a growing family of peer-reviewed academic journals across the sciences, engineering, medicine, the social sciences, and the humanities. It is owned and operated by Next Labs LLC, USA.

We exist to make rigorous research immediately and permanently free to read, download, and build upon. Every article we publish is open access under a Creative Commons licence, authors keep the copyright to their own work, and each paper receives a permanent, citable identifier so it stays discoverable for the long term. There are no subscription charges and no paywalls of any kind.

What we do

Scopapers gives editors, reviewers, and authors a single, modern home for the whole publishing workflow — from submission and double-anonymous peer review through production, permanent archiving, and indexing. Each journal runs as its own scholarly community, with its own editorial board, aims and scope, and standards, while sharing the platform's tools, integrity checks, and open infrastructure.

Editorial standards & integrity

We follow the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Submissions are screened for scope, originality, and adherence to author guidelines, then assessed by independent expert reviewers. Manuscripts are checked for plagiarism and research-integrity concerns, and editorial decisions rest with each journal's editors and are made on scholarly merit alone.

Open access, permanently

Knowledge should not sit behind paywalls. Publishing openly widens the reach and accelerates the impact of research, and reflects our belief that publicly relevant scholarship should be a public good. Article metadata is prepared to the standards used by scholarly indexing and DOI-registration services, and the published record is maintained as a durable archive.

Responsibility for published content

The views, opinions, findings, and conclusions expressed in the articles and other content published on Scopapers are solely those of their respective authors. They do not represent the views of Scopapers, its editors, its editorial and review boards, or its publisher, Next Labs LLC, USA. Authors bear sole responsibility for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of their submissions, including the securing of any necessary permissions and the observance of applicable law and third-party rights.

Accordingly, Scopapers, its editorial team, and its publisher accept no liability for any content contributed by authors or for any consequence arising from its use. If you believe that any published item is inappropriate, inaccurate, or infringes your rights, please contact us and we will review the matter promptly and, where warranted, withdraw or correct the content in question.
