Open Access Policy

Every article published across the Scopapers platform is fully and immediately open access. There are no subscription charges and no paywalls: articles are free to read, download, copy, and redistribute from the moment they are published.

Licensing and copyright

Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). Under this licence, authors retain full copyright in their work, and anyone may share and adapt the material for any purpose, including commercially, provided appropriate credit is given to the original authors and source.

Archiving and permanence

Each published article receives a permanent identifier and a stable resolver link so that it can be cited reliably over time. Article metadata is prepared to standards used by scholarly indexing and DOI registration services, and the published record is maintained as a durable archive.

Article processing charges

Where a journal applies an article processing charge, it supports peer review, professional production, permanent hosting, and free access for readers worldwide. The charge is applied only after acceptance, is published transparently on each journal's fees page, and waivers are available for authors who need them.
