Aims & Scope
The International Journal of Philosophy (IJPHIL) is a wide-scope, open-access, peer-reviewed journal welcoming rigorous work across the whole of philosophy. Its scope spans metaphysics, epistemology, logic, ethics and moral philosophy, political and social philosophy, philosophy of mind, philosophy of language, philosophy of science, aesthetics, philosophy of religion, phenomenology, the history of philosophy (ancient, medieval, modern and contemporary), and non-Western and comparative traditions. The journal publishes original research articles, critical discussions, and substantive review essays that advance philosophical understanding through clear argument and careful scholarship.
